Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

It can be difficult in business to find people who share the same personal values as you, those values that underpin the core business values which you live and breathe every day!

Working Saturdays with Graham soon become my favourite day of the business week.  We would discuss the days appointments first thing over our coffees and every client in detail, what they were looking for and what we wanted to get out of the day for our lovely customers.

Graham would then head out on his appointments, well equipped with his client packs ready to tackle the day, while I dealt with the customers he would pass back to me following the viewings to discuss their feedback in more detail and deal with any offers.

Sadly, too often the representative from the estate agent on accompanied viewings, is what you can only describe as a typical ‘door opener’.  Graham is the complete opposite!

His background as an architectural designer and from years of running his own company within the construction industry, helps him to quickly grasp what customers are really looking for in their next property and help them see the potential and vision, for those who are less creative.  This makes a real difference.

As our working relationship blossomed, so did the fruits of our labour.

After twelve months of working together in Warrington, I got moved to Culcheth village to take responsibility of an underperforming branch, with the accountability that I had to turn it around quickly!  After being warned by my regional manager not to poach Graham, it didn’t take long for him to put in his transfer, with the condition that they either moved him or unfortunately he would leave the company.

Graham soon got his transfer approved and the ‘dynamic duo’ were back together!

Having done it several times now over my career, it takes blood, sweat and tears to get a cold start branch off the ground or turn a failing branch around.  We worked tirelessly to offer a service that was second to none, one that stood out from our competitors and as a result our army of loyal raving fans soon followed.

Within twelves months, we had become recognised out of 1300 offices as a top service branch within the company and was annually nominated and shortlisted for the National Estate Agency Awards, voted for by our loyal customers.

We are proud of our journey and feel extremely blessed to have dealt with so many amazing people over the last seven years together.

In an industry that unfortunately has such a terrible reputation (and we know why), we continue to work hard to offer a welcome difference for our clients, to provide a different buying and selling experience that helps to restore their faith in estate agents. As we are certainly not all the same.

I feel honoured that Graham has followed me yet again, to work within the team as our ‘Rockstar’ viewings representative, helping us to help more lovely customers along our way.

Teamwork really does make the dreamwork!
