As a family business, our story starts at home.

My husband and I were blessed with wonderful Nannas. Two amazing, incredibly hard-working women who put family first.

My Nan, Mrs Harper, was widowed too young but worked tirelessly five days a week to provide for her family, rising to senior manager at a big local sewing firm.

Proud, honest, and very hard-working, she loved the busy machinist’s area. Her colleagues adored her, because she cared for everyone and looked out for their families. Even now, locals remember ‘Nanny May’ as a great leader.

My husband’s Nanna, Mrs Williams, overcame the challenges of adoption, and has devoted her life to her four children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren. Always ready to lend a hand and a listening ear, nothing’s too much trouble, and she can solve most problems over a cuppa – often with a few chocolate biscuits too!

These two special, dedicated women who valued family above all else came from a time when people worked hard, kept their word, and helped others. Qualities that are rare to find these days. We named our business Harper Williams to honour them and the strong family values they taught us.

Today, we’re proud to carry on their legacy by showing the same honesty, respect, and care to our customers, ensuring everyone feels valued, heard, and looked after at every stage.

Leanne has been helping people move on to new chapters since her days as a Saturday girl at college. After climbing the ranks and managing top-performing branches for other estate agents, she launched Harper Williams in early 2018. Leanne's unmatched passion for delivering exceptional service and her willingness to go above and beyond for clients have led to the company's remarkable growth. She takes great pride in the fact that nearly 80% of their business comes from customer recommendations. Her dedication to always doing more for her clients has established Harper Williams as a trusted name in the local market, recognised for delivering exceptional results and service levels.

Bradley Houghton

Sales Director

Bradley brings a wealth of experience to our team. His background in covert surveillance and building, coupled with extensive local knowledge, makes him an invaluable asset to our clients.

Bradley's approachable nature and genuine interest in people ensure he's a trusted adviser for homeowners. His ability to inject humour and wit at just the right moment helps ease the often-stressful process of selling a home. Guided under Bradley's calming influence, our clients feel supported and confident throughout their moving journey.

The real boss who helps to keep the team’s negotiations skills on point daily. She's the cherished daughter of Leanne and Bradley, inspiring their commitment to delivering an outstanding moving experience for all.

At just 4 years old, she already grasps the difference between selling a home for any price versus achieving its maximum sale value and understands the significant impact those extra pounds can make to our clients!
