We showcased not just the home but the lifestyle it offered equestrian enthusiasts, featuring their horses and even an antique tractor to capture the equestrian essence. The response was phenomenal—once the property hit the market, our phones didn’t stop ringing, and we lined up multiple viewings for the first weekend.

With our sellers providing key insights into the equestrian setup, we ensured potential buyers had all the information they needed. Viewings were carefully coordinated and conducted back-to-back in one day, and the offers soon followed. After skilled negotiations, we secured an incredible £25k over the asking price.

But we didn’t stop there. We also helped our sellers find and secure their dream home—off-market, no less—and turned the whole process around at record speed.
